Cancellation/Refund Policy: If a mentor misses or cancels a session, the family may choose between a credit, a coupon, or a refund of equal value. If the learner misses a session, there is no refund or credit given. If, at any time, the family wishes to discontinue a course, they will be given a 100% refund on all remaining sessions, for which they already paid.
